  • Franchising Opportunities (business and partnership models).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform.

  • Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and service rules.

  • Provide accurate contact, payment, and identification details.

4. Driver & Passenger Terms

a. Passengers

  • Must provide accurate booking details.

  • Are responsible for timely payments for rides or services.

  • Must respect drivers and vehicles during service.

b. Drivers

  • Must comply with vehicle maintenance and safety standards.

  • Are responsible for lawful driving and professional conduct.

  • Agree to Nexgen Hitech’s fleet management policies.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Payments for rides, leasing, and other services are processed securely.

  • Pricing may vary depending on distance, time, and service model.

  • By using our services, you authorize Nexgen Hitech to process your payment via approved gateways.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies for rides and rentals may apply.

  • Refunds are subject to review and approval under company policy.

  • Nexgen Hitech reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

7. Intellectual Property
